The Amazing Andrew Garfield..ahem i mean Spiderman

On Friday me and the boy went to the cinema to see the new Spiderman movie which stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone. Swoon overload. I already had a girl crush on Miss Stone and now she's really topped the list by having a gorgeous and talented boyfriend in her male lead.

The Amazing Spider-Man Poster
The film was action packed and even though it was long i didnt feel like it dragged. Totally different to the previous franchise so the story is familiar but still fresh. I think i might have enjoyed this version a little bit more! Apart from the scary evil man i am even more excited about visiting New York City! Eeek! Go and watch it - i don't know how you couldn't enjoy it.

Ahh i love a good Superhero movie - dont you?! Check out some Style Stalking pics of the lovely Miss Stone (and a few cheeky Andrew Garfield ones!).

In Carven - love the colour choices this girl makes!
Stunning in Jason Wu....oh to have her wardrobe
A Lady in Dolce & Gabbana
And finally in Lanvin...swoon.

Check out Vogue's Style File on her here (she is their UK Cover Star this month!)
And The Telegraph have her promotional tour wardrobe in full here

He looks totally hot in his suit/sneaker thing right? *In Love*

Can i be Emma Stone for a day please? xx

The 5 Year Engagement - Wedding Weekend Pt 1

So last night was date night with the boy. We decided to go to the cinema and i got to pick the film! I chose 'The 5 Year Engagement' with Emily Blunt and Jason Segel. I was hoping it would have enough laughs to please the boy but be a nice easy girl flick i could relax on a Friday night watching.
The synopsis for the film is that Tom Solomon (Jason Segel), a sous chef at a fancy restaurant, and Violet Barnes (Emily Blunt), a psychology PhD graduate, are a happy couple in San Francisco who get engaged a year after they began dating. Over the course of the film obstacles crop up which prevent them from going ahead with their wedding creating a very long engagement.

I have seen anything from 3-5 stars for this movie and have to say i'd give it a 4. It was very funny with lots of laugh out loud moments. The whole cinema would erupt - you know you've got a winner when that happens. The chemisty between Jason and Emily is believable and their relationship is realistic and far from perfect! Just like real life haha. It is a romantic comedy but i do think it has a lot of depth to it too. My only negative was that it was a little long (nearly 2 hours) but i guess there are 5 whole years to squeeze in. I'm definately getting the DVD for LOLs.

And here is a little bit of Emily Blunt love - she is a super actress and i love her red carpet style!

Off to a Wedding today (blog posts to come) so this really got me in the mood for romance! Sorry Boy for my wedding fever! x

Snow White & The Huntsman

My boyfriend and I are members of the Cineworld Unlimited club. We pay £14.99 a month and get to see as many films as we like (+£1.50 for 3D films and 10% off food!)...Its a pretty great deal especially if you love the movies as much as me! (Find out more here)
Today as its Bank Holiday Monday we went to see Snow White and The Huntsman. Now i know some people don't get Kristen Stewart but i think this is a really good role for her. She gets to be a bit kick ass rather than a soppy vampire lover. And i think she really relishes it. Charlize Theron was AMAZING!!! What an actress. And Chris Hemsworth was his normal hot amazing bad ass self!

Its a twist on the normal fairytale (ahem Lilly Collins!) and i think it really works. A bit dark, full of action and adventure. There are dwarves and they are funny, but there's no hi-ho hi-ho! I really enjoyed myself.  Firstly here is a bit more Hemsworth because frankly why not?!
And as this is a fashion blog i popped in a few of Charlize and Kristen's red carpet looks whilst they were promoting the movie (and Charlize's costumes in the film are pretty amazeballs too!).
